www.grupodalt.com complies with current Data Protection regulations and with the LSSI-CE, and has been advised on these regulations by GRUPO QUALIA, which has awarded corresponding certificates in digital image format for display on the website.
LEGAL ACTIONS, APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between the user and GRUPO DALT, S.L. shall be governed by current Spanish regulations, and the courts and tribunals of Barcelona shall have jurisdiction to decide on any dispute that may arise between the user and GRUPO DALT, S.L.
